Semester 3 - The Options

 So, this is the start of semester teh third and final semster and my last chance to actually put effort into my work, so the plan is to go all out on my work and have a finsihed project im happy with.

Looking at what i want to create i have a few options, with my main focus being a stylised approah, as it the one i like the look of in other projects that i use for influece so want to include it in my own work and it allowing me to try be my artisitc, even if its not a skill i necessarily have.

My options:
1. X-men 97 inpired:

This idea is more in-line with the recently released show xmen 97 interms of style that i want to create, also as its allows me to fully delve into vfx with superpowers, but the main focus would be the 90s style that this show replicates from its prediseors, also allow me to listen to the soundtrack more ;).

List of posibble powers i could create:

- Optic Blast (Cyclops Beam)

- Gambits Cards

- Nightcrawler Bamf Teleport

- Wolverine Claws

- Storms Storm

- Jean Greys Telekenisis

Backup:

- Green Lantern Ring

- Flashs speed Force

- Spider-man's Webs

- Daredevils Sight

- Mystique Skin change

- Rex splodes explosions

This Set allows me to create a varity of differents effects as a challenge but also allows me to explore a wide range of effects and skills to achieve this

Options 2: Hello, You! (Murder Mystery)

Recently, whilst ive been living at my friends house, i have been binge watching a show called "You". So looking at this, it would be a smaller project that would idelally only be 2-4 weeks, With my motviavtion of work ethic maybe longer, allowing me to create a crime scene effect pack along with limited props that would be created, with the idea of relearning old skills from prevoius years of education.

List of possible effects:

- Blood Splatter

- Blood Stain

- Other MAterials that would work the same and be easily used

Like Previouslt mentioned it would only be a short term project, but would allow me to create a scene for it.

Option 3: Random Bulshit go!

In style of the meme this is based of, i cant think of a third option other than than making randiom things in a spurr of the moment idea that would 1). fill the time, 2). learn new skills. 

The essiasial part of this project is that its more of a challenge with more unique effects than the on i keep recreating.

Out of all the options, the first 1 is my current one i aim to do as its the one im most linked to whilst having such a wide range of effects to create.

Style:

Lookign at style, the x-men 97 style is 2d made to look 3d, with this it gives me the option to either create 2d or 3d, ill most likley do 3d

Looking at different superpowers in the tv-series, ive decided to create cyuclops optic blast first as the the first thing that comes to mind when i think of the show.
